New establishment in Cervignano del Friuli for Ceccarelli Group, already present in Pradamano, Tolmezzo and Budoia. Not to mention the entry into important European networks to broaden commercial horizons from the United Kingdom to France, from the Iberian Peninsula to Germany and Eastern Europe. Now, for Ceccarelli Group, a leading company in the logistics and transport sector, with headquarters in Udine but also with offices in Tolmezzo, Pradamano, Budoia, Trieste, Padua, Milan and Prato, the Cervignano del Friuli autoport is added, one of the most important centers of the lower Friulian plain and one of the main communication hubs inserted in the Baltic-Adriatic corridor.
“The establishment of Ceccarelli Group at the Interporto Cervignano headquarters – comments the director of the Interporto, Tiziana Maiori – represents further confirmation of the path that the company is taking. Interporto Cervignano is in fact investing heavily in infrastructure to guarantee greater results in terms of increased traffic and customer satisfaction. We therefore welcome Ceccarelli Group with great pleasure, hoping that it is the beginning of a satisfactory commercial relationship and an opportunity for growth for the future of the entire territory of lower Friuli”.
The new settlement
In Cervignano, Ceccarelli Group will manage a space of 8,400 square meters divided into 7 modules from which shipments will depart for the entire national territory, but also, through Cursor, the international division of the Group, towards the rest of Europe. Here, 4 new warehouse workers will be employed, direct employees of Ceccarelli Group, for a 7-day a week operation and a daily consolidation of 15 vehicles of the Group’s fleet for shuttle and departure activities.
Not only shipments, however, because Ceccarelli Group will also manage its own logistics solutions in the Cervignano Interport with the use of software developed internally by Euro’s, the Group’s software house, and with the outsourcing of existing resources.
