Third external growth operation in a few months for PriceHubble

Date:

PriceHubble has acquired French PropTech Urbanease, which provides real estate professionals with data analysis and real estate prospecting solutions; a SaaS company with more than 12,000 users. “We were impressed by the local expertise and quality of the technology developed by Urbanease, and look forward to writing the next chapter of PriceHubble together,” said Alexis Radjabi, Director of Western Europe at PriceHubble, quoted in a communicated.

For PriceHubble, this is the third acquisition in just a few months after Dataloft and WhenFresh in the United Kingdom, which confirms its ambitious growth strategy.

“Today, Urbanease is embarking on a new, exciting and international adventure which aims to take advantage of everyone’s expertise and technology to better serve our current and future customers,” adds Valentin Peersman, CEO and founder of Urbanease.
